Aerosmith Drummer Sells Home

With Aerosmith now putting their troubles behind them and moving forward with their Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock tour, drummer Joey Kramer is getting used to life on the road once again.

However, Kramer may be ready for a "permanent vacation" as the Wall Street Journal reports that the drummer has sold his Massachusetts home after 19 months on the market for $2.7 million.

The 17-acre Marshfield Hills compound, located on Massachusett's South shore, lies 20 miles south of Boston, and aside from its four bedrooms boasts a recording studio, carriage house, pool, koi pond and three garages.

Kramer reportedly sold the home for 27% less than its original asking price.
